Refund and Cancellation Policy
BoothIt plans may be offered as subscriptions, paid access periods, vouchers, or manual activations. You may request cancellation or refund support by contacting BoothIt.
Subscription and Payment Terms
Subscription access may continue until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated. Plan features, limits, prices, and renewal terms may change before or after public launch.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, BoothIt may restrict access to paid features, uploads, downloads, QR sharing, event galleries, or active devices until payment is completed or access is manually reviewed.
Usage-Based Review
Refunds may not be available after heavy usage of paid features, including significant uploads, event gallery use, QR sharing, guest downloads, or active event operations, unless required by law.
Manual Review and Support
Refund and cancellation requests are reviewed manually. BoothIt may consider technical issues, duplicate payments, accidental purchases, service availability, usage level, and applicable consumer protection requirements.
Peach Payments and Card Processing
BoothIt intends to use Peach Payments as a production card payment processor. Card payments may be subject to Peach Payments processing rules, bank processing times, fraud checks, reversals, and payment provider requirements.
Voucher and Manual Activation
BoothIt may support voucher codes or manual activation for testing, early access, promotions, support cases, or business arrangements. Voucher and manual activation access may be limited, non-transferable, or reviewed by BoothIt.
