This policy may be updated before public launch. These starter terms are provided for general product readiness and are not legal advice.

Use of BoothIt

BoothIt provides software for photo booth and event operators to capture, edit, upload, and share event videos through QR codes, branded guest pages, and event galleries.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for all activity that happens under your BoothIt account, including activity by team members, staff, contractors, or devices you authorize.

Event Content Responsibility

You are responsible for the videos, overlays, music, event names, gallery settings, and other content you upload or share through BoothIt. You must have the rights and permissions needed to capture, process, upload, display, and share event content.

Uploaded Content Ownership

You keep ownership of content you upload. By using BoothIt, you grant BoothIt permission to host, process, compress, display, and share that content as needed to provide the service.

Acceptable Use

Plan Limits

BoothIt plans may include limits for events, uploads, file size, active phones, downloads, event galleries, and other features. Access may be limited if a plan, voucher, payment, or manual activation is expired, invalid, or exceeded.

QR and Share Links

QR codes and share links are intended to help guests view and download event videos. You are responsible for where and how these links are distributed. BoothIt may remove or disable links where required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or support reasons.

Service Availability

BoothIt aims to provide a reliable service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, internet connectivity, hosting providers, device limitations, third-party services, or technical issues.

Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans, subscriptions, card payments, vouchers, and manual activations may be introduced or updated as BoothIt launches. Payment access is subject to the selected plan and successful payment or activation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BoothIt is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, lost data, event disruption, or claims arising from content you upload, customer devices, connectivity, or third-party services.
