Understand Free/Starter 1 active phone, Pro 6 active phones, shared subscriptions across multiple phones/events, and device deactivation.

What It Does

Active phones control how many booth devices can use one account or subscription at the same time.

When To Use It

Use active phone management when adding a booth phone, replacing a device, or running a Pro team workflow.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Sign in on the event phone.
  2. Check plan device limits.
  3. Free and Starter allow 1 active phone.
  4. Pro allows up to 6 active phones.
  5. Use the same subscription across multiple phones/events where allowed.
  6. Deactivate or remove inactive devices when replacing phones.

Common Issues

  • Device limit reached: remove an inactive device or upgrade.
  • Wrong phone active: check operator account and device list.
  • Sync missing: confirm the phone is active and signed in.
