Event Galleries

Use an event QR for all event videos, event name and location context, guest gallery browsing, and download experiences.

What It Does

Event galleries collect uploaded videos from one event into a guest-facing gallery.

When To Use It

Use event QR when the client wants one link for all guest videos from an event.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Create or select the event.
  2. Confirm event name and location.
  3. Upload event captures to cloud.
  4. Open the event QR.
  5. Share the event QR with guests or the client.
  6. Guests browse and download from the gallery if enabled.

Common Issues

  • Gallery empty: uploads may still be processing.
  • Wrong event name: edit event details before sharing.
  • Downloads unavailable: check plan and settings.
